Tyson Fury v Agit Kabayal

Rumours are now that Tyson Fury will turn down the AJ fight and face Agit Kabayal for the WBC title. The thought is that Usyk will vacate the title and the top 2 will face one another.

Tyson Fury attended the Trump birthday UFC event at the Whitehouse over the weekend. This showed that he is not banned to enter the USA and could join Dana White/Zuffa.

Fury wore a cap that said Trump for prime minister which shows you what his MAGA political beliefs are. Even more reason for me to dislike Tyson.

Frank Warren will not be happy.

Damn. Fury’s wishing Trump on you guys?
Be careful what you wish for, Tyson.
I’m sure there’s a large sector on the U.S. population that would be only too happy to let you have him for nothing.

The way Kabayal is being consistently jerked around by an old boxing ‘establishment’ is some foul stuff. Being treated as a belt and slot warmer rather than a legit merited challenger for Usyk. Meanwhile Fury is walking around in his pajamas at the White House like a celebrity housewife.

Right?? Agree 100%. Kabayal’s not getting the respect he’s definitely earned. But that’s not surprising coming from my “favorite” boxing org.

Meanwhile, I also wouldn’t be surprised if Trump and Fury were cooking up some sort of cheesy follow-up event to the 250-year anniversary circus in the White House front lawn.

The fact that the Fury v AJ may be in the USA would be a sad day for British boxing.

Where you read this

Dana White and Eddie Hearn have been going at it with each other. Dana mentioned it in an interview.

To be fair, they didn’t think he would beat Zhang. Everything after that with Kabayel has been a shock and struck the boxing establishment off of their plan to have Zhang built up to be a destroyer for either Usyk or Fury. Kabayel had other plans.

And to be frank with you, I did not think he would have beaten Makhmudov by the way they built him up to be a destroyer of world’s. But he turned into being nothing more than a hype job…

Well sure but he saw those people, and he did do those things. He turned the division on its head and grabbed the W which speaks for him even more imo. Frankly one of the better body punchers at heavyweight right now and has shown gears. If hindsight was a lotto ticket, the majority of boxing fans would be rich, self-included . Makhmudov was always where he was already going. But that’s why they fight the fights. Kabayel literally sat him on the bus and drove Makhmudov to school. First and most impressive after seeing Fury go thru the motions with him like they were having a drunken airport reunion. Kabayel needs to tap that Usyk body…fight needs to happen next.

Nothing more than a public sparring session
