- The Hitman’s League Rules and Regulations
[b] The league runs on a three month basis depending on fight schedules, holidays, hangovers amongst the mods etc. To participate simply look out for the first week of a new month and post your predictions each week for the duration of the contest.
Each entrant must leave a prediction for every fight, failure to do so will mark all their respective choices null and void.
The league table will be updated with the current standings every week.
The mods decisions are final and we reserve the right to change our minds about anything at any time. No correspondance will be entered into, but Steelie will come around to your house and annoy you if you piss us off.

Points will be awarded for the following:
[b] Call the correct winner of the fight AND the correct round or correct decision if the bout goes the cards, i.e. MD, UD, SD, = 100 Points.
Calling the draw = 100 Points ( You will lose 30 points if the fight is not drawn)
Call the correct winner and ‘very near miss’ (out by 1 round either side, or wrong decision if the bout goes to the cards.) = 50 Points.
Call the correct winner and a ‘near miss’ (out by 2 rounds either side) = 30 Points.
Call ONLY the correct winner of the fight = 20 Point.
Call the losing fighter = -30 Points.
Bonus for correctly picking the winner of each fight in any given week = 50 points.
Fights that are stopped early on a Technical Decision or a disqualifiaction will be counted as a round stoppage win and or a points win as far as the TD goes. [/b]
Any participant who edits their picks after the agreed deadline will be automatically disqualified for that particular week and awarded zero points
