Its a toughie but I think takaloo on points after an initial onslaught from magee.

Takaloo is crap, magee is by far the better fighter.
All depends on what magee has left after the injury. He looked pretty far from the fighter he was in his last outing against that Vester fella, his movement and mobility in particular looked to have suffered as a result of attack he suffered. However if he can get anywhere near to the form he showed against vincent etc he should comfortably beat tak.
Yeah I agree with Ralph . Magee is the more talented fighter but against Vester it looked like he had lost a little .
He is also a little cagey and cautious to convincingly win rounds against such a lively fighter as Tak but he can dominate behind his jab if he establishes his rythm . It will be interesting to see just how much Magee has left and I slightly lean toards him being the more reliable of the two . Taks extra strength being 2 divisions naturally bigger wont play a big part IMO
Im going for tak. he is the bigger man and i reckon he will get a points decision unless he can pull out a punch similar to the one that knocked jim rock out which was a beauty.

Ive seen Tak hurt though afew times and the Khaliq fight sticks in my mind . I wonder if Magees fast left might get him going if he lands it often enough

Im going with Magee on this one, hes a true warrior and altho Takaloo is a tough guy he has a blatent suspect chin. Infact id go as far to call Takaloo “Chinny”. Magee tko via onslought.
Eamon for me, although like a lot of others, i like to watch them both, so the truth is i can just sit back and watch it without ending up without a voice as per the norm.

I think a lot depends on how much Magee has left. In his pomp he’d have breezed this fight.
Tak will also be tight at the weight, so we don’t know if he may gas down the stretch.
I think Tak may be too busy for the current Magee and maybe pinch a decision.
I stick by what I said a couple of months ago - this all depends on how much magee has left after the attack. If he still has the mobility in his legs then he has the skills to easily outbox the ponderous takaloo and KO him in the middle to late rounds. However I suspect he’ll never be able to get back to the form of a few years ago and think tak may win this by KO.
The real shame about magee is that if he lived and trained like an athlete he could have achieved sooooo much more in boxing. He had all the natural talent in the world, just very little of the dedication required to fulfil his potential!!!
