When i was boxing i used to always skip to rocky.i knew then as well i had done about an hours skipping.
anything that makes your heart and workrate increase 
i dunno i never really like skipping to a beat…i mix it up but sometimes i listhen to songs in the background…but not as a tempo guide…right now 50cent
