not suicide? what are they implying then? i wonder if his life insurance had any criteria for not paying out for suicide

I’m sure I’d read he’d hung himself so this was a surprise.

Very sad and upsetting reading this news. A great loss to his family and boxing.

Ricky had signs of brain damage from the report and that can impact how a person behaves. It becomes a neurodiversity and how he thinks which could compound his depression and mental health. It is a new area that needs more research and attention. There are cases where it changes peoples personality and character.

Boxing will cause head injuries by its very nature and greater care for the boxers need to be considered during and after they are in the sport.

Ricky had a lot of positive reasons to live and I can’t believe he would get to a state where he would take his own life.

he either put his neck in the noose himself or he didn’t. his mental state is irrelevant. no one putting their neck in a noose is in a good mental place, unless it was a sex thing gone wrong or someone did it to him, then it was his doing
