Pat Brown faces John Hedges for the vacant British and Commonwealth cruiserweight titles in Manchester, with Shabaz Masoud, Kieron Conway and Tom Rafferty featuring on the DAZN undercard.
This is an excellent domestic fight. Brown is a quality boxer and going for major honours.
There is some animosity between the camps but generally both are respectful of each other.
John is awkward and will cause Pat problems early but Brown will catch-up with him to win.
I’m going on Sat.
I can see past Brown but, I’ll be honest, that’s the cynic talking…
Kieron Conway facing Mark Jeffers now.
Jeffers may cause an upset here. He has started well.
Mark Jeffers does it and wins on points.
Hodges very awkward and spoiling. I prefer Brown work and aggression.
3-1 Brown
Brown stops Hedges with left hooks to the body. John was knocked down twice in the 6th. The body shots were beauties.
tom rafferty’s kayo was nice
