right, so you know that 26.6% of how ever much you weigh is fat, take that away from 100% and you are left with lean tissue and skeleton… wether or not you are ment to count your bones is behond me though
:coolclick: Thanks for your help, I am new to eating right and exercising, so I am trying educate myself as much as possible, those friggin trainers and the gym (regular, not boxing) are all sales people, every thing I ask ends in a pill or program that I have to buy…
When it comes to health clubs… use the equipment but take everything they tell you with a pinch of salt… especially if they sell the crap which they are plugging…
The most accurate method is to weigh yourself underwater. Then do some maths :
Body density = Wa/(((Wa-Ww)/Dw)-(RV + 100cc)), where Wa=body weight in air (kg), Ww=body weight in water (kg), Dw=density of water, RV=residual lung volume, and 100cc is the correction for air trapped in the gastrointestinal tract.
The problem is you need a f*&^&** big tank and a degree in physics to work it out.
Good lord…that picture is creepy. Reminds me of this wacked out German “Artist” that I saw once, where he takes dead people, strips their skin, lacquers the remaining tissue (muscle, circulatory system, some of the bigger organs [lung, heart etc]), and then reattaches it to the skeletons in various poses. Creepy creepy creepy…
