Persecutory delusion
Sounds like the new age got a whiff of some already long existing societal distortions, delusions and propagandized paranoia and tried to make their very own “thing” in the age of a 24/7 social media existence and codependency. Or as someone’s older sister may refer to something sounding similar paranoid schizophrenia 
. Or maybe they found some grade A hallucinogens 
. Or maybe they just need to go outside and touch some grass and log off of the internet occasionally. When I hear a term like gang stalking it can have validity but it’s far more literal…government orgs, authority figures, debt collectors, the IRS, mass groups of cyclists who insist on riding in the roadway, child traffickers, organized crime groups, the HOA in the last neighborhood, old school Manny Pacquiao forums 
and very possibly my ex-girlfriend. Not sure really but also involves a shit’ton of Ai slop.
Where I live they call it being “black-listed,” or “black balled”… same thing when all of the government’s agencies and their supporting cast of folks decide you will be the odd man out. Quite a crushing thing.
