You never hear then complain about the half million civilians burned to death in Dresden and Cologne during the Harris bombing campaign either.

I have been to Cologne and Dresden and they have a cottage museum industry which complains about the dead civilians loudly and at lenght.
Obviously, their treatment of civilians was ‘zo korrect’ at the time (!)

had a German group of students–university age tour my office. Zey were looking at the way we do ze business zo they could emulate as appropriate. I was ze speaker showing them arrrrround. Anyhoo, these frauleins were so goood looking I never pegged ze Germans as good looking but every single one of them was ze good looking. but they smoked a lot zese German girls. We here in ze California dont smoke a lot. tobacco that is.
Except maybe during fire season.
I of course wowed them with my prezentation. They laughed at every joke, squealed at every flex of my glutimus maximus. Zey were impressed by ze fuhrer M_D. I zieg heiled them as the entered ze conference room and I goosed step the fack out of there once my presentation was over.
I still remember Gretchen though she was the hottest of the hot and that cute little accent of hers.. hhmmmmmhhhh
