How shiite is Don King? Every other promotion of note has a website with their fighters listed. But King built his promotion on shitty ground it cannot survive.
How he still gets fighters to show up for any fight is beyond my understanding.
Thank God the boxing world rid itself of Don King.
Don is very old and still using quilt pens and telegram to promote his fights.
The irony of Tyson raising pigeons as a young man is that King now uses them to promote events. But only when the Pony Express is on holiday.
Don King will be 95 in less than a month.
But Bob Arum is 94… not that much younger than King and Arum has set up something in Top Rank that will apparently last beyond him. King can’t keep his going until he passes away…
Wow… didn’t realize Bob Arum was 94, either. I guess the key to longevity is to become a boxing promoter. 
Yea. They have been around for quite some time now.
95 is still quite the amazing age. To see someone who’s not only “around”, but being productive, is quite the feat. We should all aspire to that.

Been a long roller coaster ride for King, one that would make P.T Barnum blush and your nearest banking establishment bar the door, but I’ll always think back to those peak SET and Showtimes cards. For a minute there back in the day the man was rolling out ‘the’ deepest PPV cards and fans didn’t even have to call him his excellency or hold his hand, just King
