I was wondering if anyone has any good diets that would be essential for weight loss with Amateur Fighters…
Some of these kids are learning how to lose weight the wrong way and I wanted to set up a new direction for them to follow…My old ways of losing weight are a little to hard for kids to be doing and I cant put any of these kids into those types of situations…
Basically I guess I am looking for What their daily diets should look like…Eating, work out times and sleep schedules would help out also…
Coach its a long drawn out process , as Im sure you are finding out. Its down to desire at the end of the day on their part. how much they want to succeed, but with their confidence in you being a big part. Its down to parents and outside pressures, out of your control. Try weighing them once a week try to encourage them to lose 1lb a week, if they have it to lose.
