was just wondering what happened to this fighter,i havent heard anything on him in a while.
i remember a couple of years ago how a lot of people were going on about him being the next superman of boxing.
does he still fight?

Well after running for his life against Mayorga and robbing him of his World Titles. He fought Zab Judah, and lost, nearly being KO’d in the last round. But yet again was given the decision. Then in the rematch Zab Destroyed him, and was toying with him against the ropes, finally telling the ref to stop the beating. Now for no apparent reason, he is gettin a shot at the 154 lb Champ Roman Karmazin in a few months.

Hulk does not hate Corey Spinks he just loves Mayorga. I have to agree with him that Mayorga should have one that Spinks fight. He did not get credit for a knockdown that was clear and a couple of points were taken from him. Plus the running around the ring reminded me of Oscar Vs Tito (Not quite that bad) it was sickening. Would not lose a second of sleep if I never saw him box again after getting knocked out by Judah after having his home crowd behind him and spending 30,000 dollors to have the rapper Nelly escort him into the ring performing a hip hop song.

Cool Click man. The running was sickening as were the bias commentators. I KNOW MAYORGA WON THAT FIGHT. As do all boxing fans, just some don’t want to admit it. And Starr, please girl, what do you see in this guy? Spinks is a boring, timid, powerless runner. Maybe, MAYBE he’ll outpoint Karmazin en route to another corrupt decision. But really what satisfaction will you get out of that?
Starr’s satisfaction will presumably come from an indirect boost to the credentials of one blinged up, lefthanded, smack-talking underacheiver from Brooklyn should Spinks win this one
