can i ask who banned my old username?

just got my old profile back, but it appears the temporary one i had been using has now been banned ??? if a mod could reverse this or at least explain to me why it was banned that’d be great. i have lots of important PMs about my trip to Vegas which i really need back (phone numbers etc) so if it could be unbanned that’d be great.

wasnt me mate but it will have been done because its against the rules to have 2 accounts, its more than likely whoever re-enabled this one for you disabled the other

right fair play, it was probably Saddo then, he kindly sorted out getting my old account back for. i’ll just PM him and ask if i can have the other one back for a tic, n i’ll forward the important messages to this account, then they won’t be lost, and then he can re-ban that account :slight_smile: cheers

I didnt ban it mate and it aint on the ban list so not sure why your struggling to logon to it ???

if it was a strange name and not matty m let me know and we can take it from what i sugested in the PM i sent mate :wink:

Right mate found it and will unban it for the next hour… but with full respect for the mod who did ban it i will respectfully have to reban it when you got your stuff sorted :wink:

if it was banned for any other reason than violating the ‘one profile per user’ rule could i know? cos i’m not sure what i did wrong. Anyhow i’ll get right on it and of course respect the rules of the forum and that it’ll be banned again soon. Cheers.

matty, think about an archive account for yourself somewhere… check your PM I’ll tell you how I set mine up, and it’s been a comfort to me know I have kept safe so much of my favorite stuff from hattonforum

I banned it for the 2 user rule as you were still posting off both yesterday evening, and I presumed you just wanted to use your original one mate! :wink:
