As it appears to be the fashion, I’ve just made 1000 posts on this forum.

It’s been a long and winding road that’s seen the rise and fall of many a Forum luminary. I’ve seen Mods created, like Gods amongst mere men and I’ve seen Mods fall from the heavenly chorus to a life less blessed.

I’ve heard whispers of romance, stalking and even some unresolved man on man issues between 2 of our esteemed Mods.

Through the time of my 1000 posts I’ve met hairdressers, Jonathon Woodgate look-a-likes and a guy who batters wee kids in swimming pools.

I’ve been put in my place regarding the Czech Republic and their footballing ability and I’ve ploughed a lonely furrow supporting a certain Dutch darts legend .

I’ve seen requests for autographs, gym visits and meetings, I’ve read posts that have made me want to greet and posts that have had me laughing out loud.

Kudos to the many who make this place a palatable addition to my weekly plate, God speed to you all and here’s looking to the next 1000.
