Your list matches mine perfectly except I would not give the advantage to Roy. It would have to be between Meldric Taylor and Shane Mosley, both of those fighters moved like the flash, they were both faster than Jones but remember they were also alot smaller. You could add Terry Norris on the list also

A mention goes to ‘Terrible’ Terry Norris, who had amazing hand speed, and one punch KO power to go with it…

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has the fastest one punch speed I’ve seen (at 130)
Mosley or Meldrick had the best combination punching.
Taylor wasn’t even close to as fast as Roy Jones Jr. p4p… no1 was.
