Weight ?

i’ve recently been injured and very inactive but now i’m back to full health i need to lose weight fast, any tips

apart from starvation

no more junk food(fruits & vegs), work hard and then even harder in the gym, drink plenty of fluids keep you hydrated, and run. When I started running everyday my weight dropped so fast. Adam and the other moderators can tell you a lot more than that though.

For breakfast eggs or cereal, for lunch eat sardines or tuna, and diner eat chicken breast or a sandwich

In between each meal if you get hungry snack on vegetables and fruit soaked in olive oil.

Drink green tea and water

If your boxing (hard) and follow this diet i guarantee you’ll see results in a week

good to hear ur bak in the gym, thats a start eat healthy and cardio cardio cardio you will soon see the weight start dropping off, better to lose it gradually than crash.
