Top 5 p4p

Let’s hear your current top 5 p4p

Here’s mine (fire away with criticism)

  1. PBF
  2. PAC-MAN
  3. Jose Luis Castillo
  4. Winky Wright
  5. Jhonny Gonzalez
  1. PBF
  2. Winky
  3. Pac Man
  4. joe Calzaghe
  5. MAB
  1. PBF
  2. Winky
  3. Pacman
  4. Joe Calzaghe
  5. Jermaine Taylor

Who am I kidding, Kessler should be #1!

There is no way that PacMan is number 2 in the world. Here’s the real list:

  1. PBF
  2. Joe Caz…
  3. Jermain Taylor
  4. Ricky Hatton
  5. Cotto!!!

I don’t know - he has a realistic claim imo

Beaten MAB
Beaten Morales

Good resmue

I put PAC at number 2 based on his performances of the last three years He has fought (and defeated) the
absolute best competition available to him, and he still has a long enough career ahead of him to
improve more, I stand by him as my number 2

Furthermore, I question Cotto at number 5, he’s a great fighter no doubt, but he has not fought
the top tier yet…

And a cc for the BIG_H

Here is boxrec’s top 5 p4p as of today

  1. PBF
  2. Joe Calzaghe
  3. Cotto
  4. Ricky Hatton
  5. Arthur Abraham

Here is ring magazine’s top 5 p4p as of 3/29/06

  1. PBF
  2. Winky Wright
  3. PAC
  4. MAB
  5. Hatton

Ring knocked Hatton down a rung after the Collazo disaster. Rafael Marquez is their No. 5 now. Which I think makes their list just about right (through 5–I’d put Calzaghe and Castillo both ahead of Hatton, which they don’t).

As for the Boxrec top 5 . . . uh . . . yeah. Arthur Abraham . . . yeah.

Thanks for the update bro cc for ya, does anyone know how in the hell boxrec does their ratings!?!?!

I#ve heard the editor of the site just lists his favorite fighters… :o

johnny gonzalez at number five? :o

yep 19 straight victorys in the last 4 years, that’s almost 5 fights a year,
plus he has defeated Ratanachai Sor Vorapin, Mark Johnson, and Fernando Montiel
he is overlooked because the entire Bantamweight division is overlooked. At his
weight noone can match his power or tactics, his only downfall is he is not blindingly fast.

^I think your talking about Rafa Marquez when you said no oone can match his Power, speed and tactics in the bantams. ;D

heres mine

  1. Pbf
  2. Winky
  3. Joe cal
  4. Pac
  5. MAB

Arrrrrr, ya got me …I think Gonzalez is on par with Marquez’s power and tactics, definately not in speed though,
I keep Gonzalez on because he is a much more active fighter

Click back fella

Furthermore, I believe Jhonny has the toolkit to beat Rafa, maybe it will be set up after Rafa quiets Silence Mabuza
again.

1.PBF
2.Winky
3.Pac
4.MAB
5.Joe Calzaghe

It’s surprising to me that PBF is the only one on everyones list
