This is just bothering me trying to find it. This is vague so I’ll be impressed if someone can help me. Not sure on the boxers but i think the one still standing might be Ali, I could be completely wrong though :-X

Anyway, I’m looking for that famous boxing picture which is in Black and white taken froma Birds Eye view over the ring, with one fighter down and out on the canvas and the other still standing. The details escape me and thats what makes this so annoying!

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It’s Sonny Liston he’s standing over. Don’t remember if it’s from the first or second fight.

I suspect it is either Ali/Williams where, Ali is standing over the prone Williams, hands raised.

Or Ali/ListonII, where Ali is standing over Liston, screaming at him!

Its from the second fight, because in the first fight Sonny just didn’t come out of his corner and thats how he lost. I was trying to find the pic and I did but I can’t paste it it won’t allow me to.

A cool click, to the first person who names the person standing behind and to the right, as you look at the picture of the bloke with glasses, in between Ali’s legs. :wink:

Speaking of which…everyone should check out ring magazine…they have a large section on the Calzaghe Lacy murder.

Great pictures…Lacy’s face almost looks like it’s on the verge of leaping offa his fwockin skull…how he stayed on his feet is beyond me.

Joe should get 5 to 10 for attempted man sliz-naughter!!!
