strenght+bag work...

when i´m training the arms i do both bodyweight and bumbwell excersises. after that i do some bagwork( +speedball sometimes ) for a couple of rounds ( tired at that point ). my question is, is it to much to take for the arms to also do the bagwork after the strenghtening excercises?

doesn’t sound like you’re over doing it. at that amount, it’s just building your arms for endurance
