The other night when I got home from sparring, I was getting in the shower and I noticed wherever I looked I saw this red dot in my left eye. I wasnt in pain or anything, I just noticed a red dot, like it was stuck in my vision or something. Is this from sparring or just from anything? It went away after a minute or two it was just weird from it popping up out of nowhere. I have never had one of these before either.
I get green ones everynow and then, dunno what they are though, but they dont last for long and they dont hurt or anything so it probably aint anything serious.
Its most probably from sparring, but it could be from pushing yourself too hard when you just training.
you were getting in teh shower? could be the sudden change in temperature… you actually loose heat after you train because you stop burning calories at the rate which got you hot but the blood vessels stay nearer the skin for longer.
