> KK: To repair or make a muscle stronger your body needs a complete protein, remember muscle is stored protein all animal and dairy products are complete proteins, you say you don’t eat meat, that leaves dairy products, eggs, cheese, milk, the problem with these is that they are also high in saturated fats (bad fats) you could eat fish, oily fish especially, these are high in essential fats, (good fats) but are still high calorie. Its hard for me to give advice without ending up looking like i am plugging products but i have got to give good advice. Pro-Peptide is a first rate complete protein, with fast and slow release of amino acids, it also contains probiotics to give you a healthy digestive system.

Unfortuantly i’ve been 5’8’’ for a little while now 😉

What are the highlights of your career/most memorable to you?

Being a person who hasn’t taken much real interest in body building maybe you could give us a quick bio…? (not trying to be rude there)

Whats the best ever piece of advice you’ve been given whilst being in the competition environment that is sport?

Cheers k.
