Poor Camacho... such a fiasco from a referee

What was that referee doing?? he sucked… he wouldn´t have let ward-gatti gone one round… such a bad call, because everyone saw camacho trying to weather the storm, and the fucking judge just steps in and halts the contest… I´m glad I wasnt Camacho tonight.

Well I think Camacho gained more fans with that performance. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see a rematch and I’m no Camacho fan, but he made one tonight

Camacho did not hit back, so the ref has to defend the boxer by stopping the contest. Blaim Camacho not the ref.

Um… its when the fighter is not able to competently defend himself that the ref steps in. Camacho WAS DEFENDING HIMSELF!! He was ducking and slipping punches and letting his opponent punch himself out. Very Bad stoppage, and DO blame the referee he fucked up a potential undercard classic

Nothing a rematch won’t solve ;D

agreed. he was defending fine and wasnt getting hit with many clean shots…

a poor stoppage IMO…

I was not the refs fault, when we talk about defending himself, atleast Camacho should throw some punches.

4 more punches from Andrey Tsurkan would not make any difference in the outcome of the fight. It could destroy Camachos career if it was not ended shortly.

He was clearly outboxed, outclassed, outsmarted

Camacho wasn’t getting hit?

I guess that means you think that when Ndou threw 100 unanswered punches when he had Mayweather Cornered the ref should have stopped it too? ::**

Reminicent of Jones-Braithwaite imo. Camacho had ceased fire for a long period of time and was on the ropes taking and slipping punches, it was Camachos own fault imo, but the ref should have said “show me something” to warn camacho he was thinking about pulling the plug.

5 unanswerd punches..let the fight go…10 unanswered…let it go…15 unanswered..look at the fighter..think about stopping fight…20 UNANSWERED PUNCHES…FIGHT STOPPED…End of story…There must have been a reason Camacho wasn’t throwing any punches…remember he was on the ropes…every fighter knows that if you are not throwing punches the fight will be stopped…it was also in the later rounds…even punches that don’t land flush take something out of you…look forward to the rematch…

Ndou threw 100 unanswered  Ward threw 30 unanswered against Gatti  Fights have been stopped for much much less

If you have watched the entire fight, you can see Tsurkan has dominated every rounds, theres this one round that Camacho dominated and Tsurkan is in trouble but he failed to take the man.

Camacho has lost his sting and stamina as the fight progresses, he was being hit and totally dominated.

He should have shown some heart like his father but the son was not up to it and its take to halt the fight. He had enough and more punishment could ruin him.

LMAO

Tsurkan didn’t dominate the whole fight. Camacho let him run into counter punches and probably would have stopped him in the later rounds because Tsurkan had just about shot his load and buckled after every body shot

Like I said, nothing a rematch won’t solve.

Starr, your boy does not have the stamina to go on later rounds how can he stopped Tsurkan in the later rounds.

Satrr, if you forgot, Camacho was stopped at the 8th round and they are fighting for 10, what later rounds are you talking about?

Besides, he was badly hurt in the 8th if the fight did continue.

He wasn’t badly hurt ::**

And Camacho isn’t my boy, I told you I wasn’t a fan. I WANTED HIM TO LOSE!!!

But I do not think he would have.

Like I said, nothing a rematch wouldn’t solve.

…and sorry if i miss-spell your name, just typing fast is not my thing

This boy has so much talent and skill, i believe it comes down to HEART! Or lack of in Camachos case. He could have been a force in his weight class, as he started to show early in his career. Do u think he prepared for this fight like Kostya, Floyd or any other greats prepare for their fights??? I would say not, he was probably laying on the ropes, because he was STUFFED, KNACKERED, BUGGERED, TIRED. It is a shame…this boy could have been real good. 8)
