He’s trying to be. But why the hate already its just his 9th fight. I don’t think they’ll throw him in with Hopkins in his 10th. The man hasn’t hit double digits in his career and people accuse him of being spoonfed. Last night he looked spectacular.
Hey, Kolle was a step up. He still isn’t that good and Kolle’s record suggested he was better then he really was but still, it’s not like he’s still fighting clubfighting bums. Though I really hate that RJJ style because he is so technically sound and fighting like RJJ with his hands down will only get him in trouble :-\

Yeah, that’s pretty unrealistic considering he is at his worst when he tries to fight like Roy. Isn’t he signed to Roy’s promotion? He needs not to be Roy but to be Andre and use that kickass jab.

Calling Andre ward the next RJ is calling a basketball player the next Jordan. May be some similarities but will never be another one
Andre’s heros are Roy Jones Jr. and Floyd Mayweather.
I hope he can act like them in the ring and not act like them outside the ring. In other words, be a fighter and less a “cautious businessman.” If and when Andre’s time comes.
I can almost guarantee you’ll never hear about Andre Ward getting in trouble outside the ring.
I don’t know, I see him having problems sometime later. Hes quick and seems like a good fighter but it seems he is susceptable to being caught. More than likely somewhere someone will turn it up and tarnish his star.
He looks like he gets caught in the middle sometimes. Like hes not fully comfortable and hes not focusing all the time. Too busy worried about how things should happen or whats not going right. I could be wrong.
