i’m looking to buy a free standing heavy bag (the heavy bags that dont hang but they kinda stand up on your floor with a big base) well my question is, when u hit those things wouldn’t the bag jump all over the floor? bags that hand just swing but these bags don’t have that much “give”. Also wat should i look for when i buy one of these? thanks.
Buy a slam man they fuckin rule you fill the base up with water and it won’t budge
you can get an expensive one that lights up or just and an ordinary one to pound on. I think its great for speed and hevy bag may be better for power
how much does it weight?
I’ve been meaning to get a slam man for some time now but went out of job
