Adrenaline

Is Their Any Way that you now of that you can get your adrenaline pumping while your in the ring
thank you Please Be Nice

PS. Has There Ever Been a Professional Southpaw Champion Boxer

Mate when you get into that situation adrenaline will probably start to flow. Micheal Moorer was the first south paw heavyweight champ.

I know how to get it pumping:

First you step into the ring, then your told to box. and then…

thats it :stuck_out_tongue:

Warning: Adrenaline may cause shakey legs, sweaty palms, nervousness, self doubt and a feeling of being weak. ;D

Adrenaline is great for the end of the rounds, but too much, (especially early in the round) can cause you to get sloppy and can wear you out very quick. When I run, adrenaline is never a good thing. It’s great for short-time periods only.

What doesnt belong in this forum, Missy?

Last time I checked this was a boxing forum

you can shut up as well >:(

If you don’t get an adrenaline rush when getting in the ring to box there is something wrong with you. The secret is to find out to channel it to good use. As someone said on this thread it can cause shaky legs, rapid heartbeat, etc., My problem is that first real rush tends to tire me out rather quickly. Once I get by that and calm down I’m ok.

I believe there was once a middleweight champion that was a southpaw. He still might be the champ; can’t be sure.
