I really can’t believe what all the fuss is about ??? everyone I remember meeting were great people, we all have disagreements from time to time, but believe me people, life is too short not to enjoy it and have a good time.

In reference to the above I just want to share something with you all which I hope may make people think a bit more about falling out with people.

Not last Sunday but the Sunday before me and my partners brother set off to football the same as any other sunday, we played and got beat in a poor performance in which I was sent off for the first time in my career (it was a frustration that had been building up inside of me for a while after several fall outs I had had with people at work, and it resulted in me kicking some poor sod 10 foot up in the air and getting sent off).

After the match we got back in the car and set off back. Just after getting into the car my partners brother recieved a text from his girlfriend saying “help”. He rang her straight away to see what was wrong - She had a severe pain in her side and was generally not feeling well, after his conversation with her he then told me she had not been well all week with a throat infection and had been on anti - biotics. Shortly afterwards I dropped him off and then set off on my merry way to Hull to watch the rugby.

The rugby was another huge letdown with my team taking a bit of a towelling, so you could say I was pretty pissed off when I got home, a beating and a sending off at football and a three hour round trip to see my team get buried.

It was then that my whole day seemed so insignificant when entering the house to see my girlfriend coming down the stairs with a tear rolling down her cheek, after a telephone conversation confirming that her brothers girlfriend had just died (27). In the space of about 3/4 hours while I had been at the rugby, he had got home, taken her straight to Dewsbury hospital, they then sent them straight to St James’s in Leeds by ambulance (in which they were having a normal conversation by the way) and within a few hours all her major arteries had packed up and she had died. Still no explanation as to why it happened and a devastated family left behind including two motherless children aged five and seven.

I apologise for going on a bit but to come to my main point, a few of my partners brothers family had not been on the best of terms with his girlfriend, and believe me they have felt pretty s*** about it since and it’s now too late for them to make up. The fall outs I had at work were sorted the next day as I reflected on what had happened and thought…

I agree John and I’m really sorry to hear about that and for your loss! I always try to put things that happen into perspective and judge it by how I felt when I lost my brother - and I know nothing will ever compare to that!

I hope that your ok and coping with it all ok. Sure I speak for everyone when I say we feel for you babes. Big group forum hug. :grouphug:

Jeez im really sad to hear that John, i really feel for you and your family.

Life is far too short, and i always refer to this statement in my life. I always try to get things in perspective, there is always someone worse off and in far worse situations than me and my molescule problems. I always try to be positive, have a good time because Life it too short and there are so many people worse off in this world.

I always try to live life with a smile on my face, and enjoy life and great peoples company rather than being resentful, sad and missing out on great peoples company.

Was great to meet you the other night, and you actually told me about u getting sent off, as we were having a good chat about shit football refereeing and foreign divers and fakers and how it must be stamped out Was a top chat mate and ur a good bloke

O and you see the predictions league mate, as u thought mate, u had a good weekend and now u r on level points with me and clowny, entering the final week, the HEAT is most definitely on buddy
