My MyTravel flight is 9.15, but it says check in opens at 7.45??! I thought you had to get there three hours before a flight to the US?

I’d ignore that check-in opening time and be there a good deal before that! 3 hours is a must in my opinion.

My dear Bonters, that is exactly what I’ll be doing. MyTravel appear to be utter f**kwits since they were taken over my Thomas Cook.

Hi we travelled with My Travel in June. They were fine - we also could check in 1.5 hrs before the flight - this was because we had upgraded our seats and I think if you pre-book your seats you can also check in later. We usually try to make it there about 2 hours before though and check in has always been open before that. If you get the chance to upgrade to premier gold - go for it as we only paid about £150 for both ways and you get better seats and alcoholic drinks free all the way ! Plus when you check in to go home you dont have to queue at Mccarren airport as you go straight to the front. Its pretty good value compared to other airlines.
