I’m reading Gordon Ramsey’s autobiography at the moment, very interesting!

I really enjoyed that

the only thing i was dissapointed about was the lack of stories about kitchen life

Ive been a chef for 5 yrs now and ive got LOADS of stories of things that have happened in the kitchens

have you read Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain?
it’s got plenty of good kitchen stories :o

do you watch A Cooks Tour and No Resevations with Bourdain on Sky Phil?
excellent series (and an excellent book), that dude will eat anything
